Acceptance of These Terms & Conditions

By accessing, registering for or using any part of the 760 platform — including the website, mobile application and all related services — you expressly agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the 760 platform.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and the 760 platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these terms will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms. You are responsible for reviewing these terms periodically to ensure you remain informed of the latest version.

The 760 platform is available exclusively to individuals aged 18 and above who are located in jurisdictions where the use of such a platform is permitted under local law. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and that you are fully responsible for ensuring your use of the platform is lawful under the laws of your jurisdiction.

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities

Account Registration & Information

To access the full range of services on the 760 platform, you are required to register an account by providing accurate, current and complete information. Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed without prior notice.

Password Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login credentials. 760 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, contact the 760 support team immediately.

Prohibited Activities

  • Using the platform for any purpose that is unlawful under Malaysian law
  • Transferring or sharing your account with a third party
  • Using automated software, bots or manipulation tools to access or exploit the platform
  • Taking any action that could compromise the integrity of the system or the security of other users
  • Providing false information during registration or identity verification

Payments, Transactions & MYR Currency

All transactions on the 760 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits can be made via supported local payment methods including Boost, GrabPay and online banking through FPX. All deposits are subject to minimum and maximum limits set from time to time, and these limits are displayed in your account settings.

Withdrawal of winnings will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, subject to the required identity verification process. 760 reserves the right to request supporting documents to verify a user's identity before approving withdrawals that exceed the set threshold. Processing times vary depending on the chosen method and may take between one and three business days under normal circumstances.

All successful deposits are final and non-reversible except in exceptional circumstances determined solely by 760 management. Users are responsible for ensuring all transaction details are correct before confirming any payment. 760 is not liable for any loss arising from inaccurate information provided by the user during a transaction.

Any attempt to manipulate the payment system — including the use of unauthorised payment methods, third-party accounts, or transactions intended to circumvent the verification process — may result in immediate account suspension and the freezing of account funds pending the outcome of an investigation.

Account Suspension & Closure Policy

760 reserves the right, at any time and at its sole discretion, to suspend or close the account of any user found to be in breach of these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, exploiting system errors, or acting in a manner that is detrimental to other users or the integrity of the platform.

Users whose accounts have been suspended pending investigation will be notified via their registered email address and given the opportunity to provide an explanation within a specified timeframe. If the investigation confirms a breach, the account will be permanently closed and any remaining funds may be subject to the applicable freezing policy. Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may submit a closure request through the account settings section, subject to the settlement of all pending transactions.

Decisions regarding account suspension or closure are final and may be referred to the 760 support team for further review. Account closure does not release the user from any financial or legal obligations arising from use of the platform prior to closure.

Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

Platform Liability

760 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including financial loss, service disruption or data loss. 760's maximum liability to any user under any circumstances is limited to the amount of the active deposit held in the user's account at the time of the disputed incident.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 760 platform — including designs, logos, text, images, software and interfaces — is the exclusive property of 760 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify or exploit any platform content without prior written consent from 760.

Third-Party Links & Services

The 760 platform may contain references to third-party services for payment or technical support purposes. 760 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of any such third-party providers. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk and subject to the respective provider's terms.

Amendments & Governing Law

760 reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on this page. The date of the most recent update will be displayed at the top of this document. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest changes.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through negotiation, and if negotiation fails, through a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia. Users agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts for the resolution of any claim or dispute relating to the 760 platform.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. 760's failure to enforce any right or provision under these terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right. For any enquiries regarding these terms, contact the 760 support team via email or FAQ page us.
